The Context

Techstars Atlanta brought together a cohort of early-stage startups navigating rapid growth, investor expectations, shifting priorities, and the operational realities of building a company from the ground up.

The environment moved quickly and required constant coordination between founders, mentors, investors, and program leadership.

The Challenge

Founders needed operational support systems that could help them stay focused while balancing an intense schedule of mentorship, programming, presentations, and business development.

Behind the scenes, maintaining alignment across multiple stakeholders required adaptability, organization, and strong communication.

My Role

I supported program operations across a 10-company accelerator cohort, helping coordinate schedules, mentor relationships, founder communications, and day-to-day logistics.

The role required balancing structure with flexibility while supporting entrepreneurs navigating uncertainty and rapid iteration.

I regularly worked across:

The Outcome

The program successfully guided participating founders through an intensive growth period while maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment across teams, mentors, and leadership.

The experience strengthened my ability to operate inside fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments where communication and adaptability matter as much as systems.
